Arnold Schwarzenegger Arm Workout


Arnold's arms were huge even by today standards, as his peak he claimed they measured over twenty two inches.

It's no wonder that people still want to build arms like Arnold.

Take a look the workouts he used to build muscle mass for his biceps, triceps and forearms.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Bicep Workout

For biceps he would start with barbell curls for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps, he would next do seated dumbbell curls for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps and would finish with dumbbell concentration curls for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Tricep Workout

His triceps workout started with close-grip bench presses for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps, then moving on to triceps pushdowns for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps, next was barbell French presses for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps and ending with one-arm dumbbell triceps extensions for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Forearm Workout

Arnold worked his forearms with wrist curls for 4 sets of 10 reps, then reverse barbell curls 4 sets of 8 reps and finished with the wrist roller machine done to failure.
