Arnold Schwarzenegger Chest Workout
Arnold Schwarzenegger was known as "the Austrian Oak", because he was so thickly muscled.
If you look at pictures of Arnold's chest, you will see how thick his pectorals were, I will go so far as to say that no bodybuilder today has a chest that can compare to Schwarzenegger's when he was in his prime.
At his biggest his chest measured 58 inches around.
So what did he do to build such a massive chest?
Arnold's Chest Workout Routine
He started with the bench press for 5 sets of 6 to 10 reps,
followed by flat bench flies for 5 sets of 6 to 10 reps,
next he did the incline bench press for 6 sets of 6 to 10 reps,
moved on to cable crossovers for 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps,
then parallel bar dips for 5 sets to muscle failure,
finally he did an exercise that few people do for chest anymore,
the dumbbell pullover for 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps.Note: For more information on the best workouts for muscle mass you should get yourself a copy of The Martix Mass Bodybuilding Guide, it contains proven scientific methods to help you reach your full genetic potential in muscular mass as quickly as possible.
