Arnold Schwarzenegger Leg Workout
Arnold Schwarzenegger at his best was 6'2" tall, weighing 240 pounds of ripped muscle.
Arnold trained with both high intensity and high volume, and few people could keep up with him especially during his grueling leg workouts.
It's no wonder he built thighs that measured 28.5 inches and calves that were 20 inches.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Thighs
For thighs he started with squats for 6 sets of 8 to 12 reps,
followed by the lying leg press for 6 sets of 8 to 12 reps,
next was leg extensions for 6 sets of 12 to 15 reps,
then leg curls for 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps,

For calves he did standing calf raises for 10 sets of 10 reps,
followed by seated calf raises for 8 sets of 15 reps,
