How to workout without weights?

Q. I interested in your HITMAN course, but sometimes I have to travel for work and can't get to a gym for a week. Is there a way to do high intensity bodyweight training?

A. Yes, high intensity bodyweight training is very possible, if you apply the same principles you do as when you use weights and equipment.

The trick of how to workout without weights, comes down to:

1) Picking the right exercises - you need to choose the harder exercises, or you will be able to do too many reps thus making it a low intensity workout. Some of the best bodyweight exercises are chin ups and dips.

2) Circuit training - choose a hand full of exercises and do them one after the other with no rest in between, run through the circuit 2 to 3 times and this will give you an amazing muscle building and fat burning workout, along with increased cardiovascular endurance.

Here's an example of an intense bodyweight workout circuit:

Chin ups
Dips between chairs
One leg squat
Handstand pushups
