Force Feeding Bodybuilding
Should you use force feeding to gain weight?
Q. I have been force feeding myself to gain weight and get big, but it's been giving me stomach and digestive problems.
How can I get all the protein and calories I need without getting over stuffed?
A. Forced feeding is more likely to make you gain fat rather then muscle, and as you have said is very likely to cause you gastric problems.
Your body can't use more nutrients than it needs and will store the extra calories as fat.
What you need to do is train hard in the gym and take in the right amount and balance of protein, calories and healthy fats.
Also, it is better to have six or more small meals and snacks throughout the day then trying to eat only three really big ones.
Neither overtraining or overeating will make you gain muscle faster!
