How to start working out again after a long break?

Q. I used to workout in high school and was really into bodybuilding, but I have been off for a few years now. What is the best way to start working out after a long break?

A. The best thing to do is get The Martix Mass Bodybuilding Guide, read it, and start with the four week Shape-Up Phase before going onto the more intense programs in the book.

This is because it's very important to take it slow at first when you start working out again, you don't want to overdo it and get too sore or even get injured.
