Mr. Olympia Training Secrets

What is Mr. Olympia's workout routine?

Dorian Yates won the IFBB Mr. Olympia contest six consecutive times and is still one of the most popular bodybuilders of all time.

He is 5' 10" and at his peak he weighted 268.4 lbs in contest shape. He also claimed the following measurements:

60" chest
22" arms
32" thighs
20" calves
34" waist

Dorian used a High Intensity Training workout routine to achieve his awesome muscle mass. He trained super hard but did only 4 workouts a week lasting for no more then 45 minutes each.

It is interesting to note that although many other bodybuilders used HIT training, most of them also used volume training and other systems either before or after.

But Dorian never used any other system of training, in fact before he even started working out he read as much as he could on the subject and found that HIT was the most logical choice so he used High Intensity Training from day one and never looked back.

This explains how he made such fast progress, and won 15 out of the 17 contests he entered, the two he lost he still placed second.

That's how he got his nickname "The Shadow", because he came out of nowhere and wiped everyone out.

Of course, not everyone wants to win the Mr. Olympia contest or be as big as Dorian Yates, but we all want to make the fastest progress possible, without wasting time or effort.

So isn't a time you gave Mr. Olympia's training secrets a try?
