Q. Hi, I am sorry to bother you. I am enquiring about whether I can do cardio and weights together? My goal is to gain muscle and get cardiovascular fit. How can I do this?
A. Most people think you need to do a lot of cardio to get fit and ripped. But the truth is, the best way to do this is to limit rest between sets.
