Tim Ferriss Workout
Tim Ferriss Muscle Gain Workout Program
Q. Have you heard of Tim Farris? He's the guy that wrote "The 4-Hour Work". Anyway he claims to have gained 34 pounds of muscle in only 4 weeks. Is this really possible? And if so what kind of workout program did he use?
A. Yes, I know who he is. And it's true he did build 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days. You can find his before and after pictures on his blog, they are very impressive.
The type of workout program he used is called High Intensity Training, which he was inspired to try after reading about The Colorado Experiment.
He did all his sets to muscle failure for short intense workouts of only 30 minutes each and he trained only 2 days a week. If you want to get the full details of his exact workout routine, diet, etc. you should read his book "The 4-Hour Body".
By the way my own clients are regularly gaining 20 to 30 pounds of muscle in only 2 to 3 months using the new HITMAN High Intensity Training program.
